An error when shutting down the server

Hi, all

I got an error when i shut down win2k server recently. "Cmd.exe cant be ended and required me to end it manually....." can your guys give me some hints to fix this problem, tks very much!

Was this a one time issue? If yes forget about it. If no then find out
what's running cmd.exe.
