Need more info...

How are you connecting to your server? By a UNC or thru the neighborhood (My
Network Places)?

Also, if you just booted up the server, it may take upto 15 minutes for the
browse list to populate it's existence.

If this is across a subnet (you're in one location trying to access the
server in another remote location)? If so this is a NetBIOS broadcast
functionality and routers do not support this. To support this you would
need some sort of NetBIOS support for this, where WINS is the answer for
this.

Browsing Network Neighborhood is a NetBIOS function
You need to enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on the WINS tab of your NIC
properties.

Also to add, make sure the MS Client and File and Print Services are enabled
too.

If there's a personal firewall installed, disable that too.

At what point does this error pop up? Is it when you click on the workgroup name or the server itself? Try accessing the server via Start>Run>\\servername
\sharename. Does this work? If not try it via \\serverip\sharename.

Thank you,
