An error occurred during the move data process: -115

The above problem occur when I installing a browser
plugins software in the Windows 2000 Professional
5.00.2195 with SP3. My I.E browser version is
5.50.4807.2300 with SP2. Please advise on the above
problem I face.
System configuration:-
Pentium 4 2.0Ghz
256MB RAM
20GB Hardisk with 15GB Free Space
