AMR 1.2 driver

Please, my mobo has a AMR 2.3 card (audio modem riser) card and since
it has a problem, i've not used my sound feature and networking
features. i found it difficult getting the V2.3 in the market but only
saw v1.2. i've visited the manc's site and found they only support v2.3
drivers. that means v1.2 must have been phased out or something.

can anyone help me get teh drivers? will highly appreciate the help. i
want to preserve my pci slots for future cards and features.

As my crystal ball is at the repair shop, would you PLEASE give a LOT
more info! Motherboard manufacturer and model at the least.

manc. is pcchips. The model is M756LMRT+ (AMI (V5.3)). Will surely
appreciate your help. i can't do sound and networking. i checked system
info and it reported that the sound and pci device share same irq, as i
did expected but called them trouble devices
