administrator has prohobited access to cd.dvd rom drives upon start up of system along with a red circle with line across in my computer
 
Hi Amit, you haven't really explained what you are trying to do here? If the administrator has blocked access to the cd/dvd rom, perhaps it should stay like that? Or is this an error on your own PC?
