I just bought a new PC and while installing everything, I somehow loaded the
admistrative tool. I would like to uninstall it and not have to log on to my
pc every time I restart it. I cannot find any info on how to do this, does
anyone have any ideas?

I'm not really sure what you mean by "loaded the administrative tool",
but if you don't want to log on, go to the User Accounts applet in
Control Panel and click on "Change the way users log on or off" and
enable the Welcome Screen.

To logon to your Computer automatically, whether you're using the Welcome Screen or not:

1) click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2
2) In the list of user accounts, select the account you want automatically logged on
3) Clear the check box Users must enter a username and password.........
4) Click Apply
5) In the next dialog, enter the password for the user account you choose in step 2, if any.

For Adminsitrative Tools, right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize, Advanced. Uncheck the entry for Administrative Tools on the Start Menu. You don't want to remove the tools, as you may need them.
