AMI BIOS Post Beep Codes

I have an AMI BIOS and get 3 beeps at start-up signifying a
"base 64K RAM base failure". I haven't noticed any system
problems so what should I do about it ?

This happened the first time I booted up after installing
an HP scanner, if this has any relevance.
