It's been a while since we've had much news to post from AMD, but VR-Zone have a preview of a new APU (accelerated processing unit) - here's a snippet:

"On 15th May 2012, AMD will launch the successor of their consumer oriented Fusion A-series "Llano" APUs, codenamed "Trinity", which will be powered by their new "Piledriver" cores (still 32nm follow-up of the much derided Bulldozer). We take an exclusive look at the architecture behind it... and run full suite of benchmarks in an upcoming piece."
