The boss installed, used and deleted Spam Inspector on his computer (last
June). Not satisfied with this app, he now uses (and likes) Spam Arrest.
Problem is: Mail sent from our Office Manager seems to arrive, flashes in
the inbox for a split-second, and then disappears. It's not in ANY deleted or
protected folder. Apparently, there are a couple other folks who's mail is
not going through. (He thinks this has been happening since before he deleted
Spam Inspector.)
We have reinstalled Outlook, reinstalled & uninstalled Spam Inspector (since
he initially just deleted it -- not remove program), and reinstalled Spam
Arrest. No "enemy" name in the block list). Still, no e-mail from the OM. All
his Outlook settings look correct.
What do we do?
