always using default account to send

I have 4 POP3 E-Mail Accounts, personal and business, where my Business
Account is my Default Acccount. Eventhough I select one of my other
Accounts, when creating a New E-Mail, and that Account accually appears in
the bar above "To", when I send, it shows to the receiver, and in my "sent"
folder, as always coming from my Default Account Address.

Not sure but I think the Sent Items folder always shows the default account
as the sender (I just checked some items I know went over an alternate
transport and they show my default address).
