Always show full menus in Word 2000?

I usually work with Office 2003 but have to do some work for a while on a PC
that has Word 2000 installed.
I am used to having the top menus display all the items whenever I go to them.
But in Word 2000 there doesn't seem to be such an option - the best it seems
to offer is "Show full menus after a short delay", (in
Tools/Customise/Options).
Is this correct, or do I need to look somewhere else?
