Always getting disconnected from the internet

I am regularly being disconnected from the internet. I get a small
dialogue box in the top left corner saying "You have just ignored an
incoming call. Click the OK button". Whether I click the OK button
or not I get disconnected. I don't have call waiting and people are
not trying to call when it happens. any ideas anybody?

Try downloading and running 'Stinger' from the McAfee site.

I have had a look at the McAfee site and can't find anything to do
with Stinger. What is Stinger and would Norton do the same thing? - I
have Norton installed.
