Keep getting disconnected

Anyone know how to stop my pc cutting my internet connection? I keep getting
a message saying you have just ignored an incoming call, then it cuts the
connection. ITs driving me nuts and I would love to know how to stop it!!!

that way someone calls it'll be busy

What if you have a window that say you have a incoming call from, so and so,
and it gives you four minutes before disconnecting? I had that window and
loved the service but for some reason, I do not have it anymore, and when
someone calls it knocks me off? Does anyone know what this service is or why
I don't have it anymore? I do not have any third party software such as call
wave, this feature came with my computer I beleive!! Thank You!!
