Always get Big Blue Screen Stop Error..need help

Always get the big blue screen error regularly(at least
once per day, cuz PC never turn off). on that screen, it
said

"DRIVERS_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

dvd rom (IDE 2 ch, master)
cdrw rom (IDE 2 ch, slave)
Gainward fx5200 256mb agp video card
network card (linksys)
sound card (sound blaster audigy gamex)


I checked all my hardware, all driver are up to date.

Chan,
A Bugcheck D1 can be caused by just about any device driver. Please
send
the most recent 5-10 minidumps located at c:\window\minidump to
(e-mail address removed). I will analyze the dumps and get back to you on what
caused the break and hopefully have a suggestion on how to fix the crash.
