Always ask prompt when downloading. Need to get it back.

My cousin accidentally took off the always ask whether you
want to open or just save prompt when he was downloading a
video and now I can't get it back. Any clue how to fix
this? Thanks.

Ken -

Access Folder Options. Either by opening a Window, or by
Start>settings>Folder Options. Then File Types>select the file type in
question>Edit>place checkmark in box "confirm open after download">OK>OK
out.
