Always ask before opening this type of file

I´m having a problem finding out how to check the "Always
ask before opening this type of file" box again.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi Benarm - Confirm Open after Download
You need to check this and/or set it for those not checked for each file
type that you download:

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question, e.g. for .zip
Find the .zip association (may be WinZip File, for this example)
Click on Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version, and check the
"Confirm open after download" box.
