Reset - always ask before opening this type of file

How do I reset the check box for downloading files which
asks "Always ask before opening this type of file". When
I download a .zip file it automatically tries to open it
and I want to save it to disk.

Please make sure you have the latest security updates installed from Windows
Update and make sure "Confirm open after download" is checked in Windows
Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File Types->ZIP->Advanced.
