ALT+TAB issues

[KFL]

I have seen other XP Pro machines that show a small
preview window when using ALT+TAB to switch windows.
Instead of the standard small window with icons alone,
this preview window provides a small snapshot of the
actual screen as well as the corresponding program icon.
Is this a setting that can be changed? I cannot seem to
find where to make this change.

It is the Taskswitcher "Alt-Tab Replacement" - one of the XP Powertoys
from (if you have installed XP SP1)
