This may sound wierd but if I try to use Alt & PrintScreen
button to make copy of active window or try just the Print
screen window to capture the whole image and try to paste
it either into Word, Notepad or an email, it doesn't work.

If I try to pick Edit then paste or right click with the
mouse the option to paste is greyed out. The only thing I
can do is do Alt Printscreen then open Word, bring up the
clipboard, select the image so that it pastes into Word,
then highlight the image in word, then either select Edit
or select Ctrl C and then go to my email message and
either select ctrl v or edit paste.

This is a pain. What could be wrong? I have Windows 2000,
server pack 4 and Intellitype 2.2.

Do you have a keyboard with a Function-Lock key? If so, turn Function-Lock
Off, then try it.

So, what is Intellitype 2.2? Does it map any keystrokes? Does any other app or
utility you have?

I just tried Alt-PrintScrn, Ctrl-V into Word, and it worked just fine...
