Alphabetize document in Work

I have a list of clients already in Word document. It there a way to
alphabetize them with out retyping them.
 
Depending on how they are laid out, you could use table > sort to sort by
paragraph, but it would require one client per line. If they are not laid
out like that you would have to get them like that or convert to a table
