Allowing User Rights to defrag

is there a setting to change where it would allow a
person with user rights to defrag there hard drive? i've
enable some snap-ins in Group Policy regarding defraging
but it still doesnt allow users to run it. please
help...thank you

No, there is no setting that will allow non-Admins the ability to run the
built-in defragmenter.
