Defragment rights

How do I give rights to power user group, so that they can run defragment
with out admin rights. (I don't want to add them to the local administrative
group). Is it possible to schedule a defragment job and run as administrator?
Thank you in advance, cheers.

found how to give rights:
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security Settings > Security
Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Perform volume
maintenance task.
