Allowing "Limited Users" to print

I can print from my administrative users account, but the
people with the limited users account are unable to
print. I called E-machine and they said that I would
have to make all of my users use administrative users
account. That does not make sense (then what is the use
of an administrative account versus users account?)

I have tried to set permissions for a printer under
Printers and Faxes. I believe this is the place where
you can set the printer priviledges for all your users.
When I get to step three, I perform everything it says to
do, but when I click on Properties, the Security Tab does
not come up at all.

Someone please tell me that it is possible to print from
the limited users account. I am using Windows 2000 XP.

Windows XP Home does not have a Security tab. Windows XP Professional has a
Security tab only if Simple File Sharing is disabled.

"limited users" should be able to print. What make and model of printer?
How is it connected (parallel port, USB)?
