Limited Account User and printer access

I would like to have a printer not be available for the limited account user.
I need it to only be available for the Administrator. The printer is a
network printer Xerox C2424 (ethernet connection). How would I have this
printer not be available for the limited account user?

I'll assume this is a local printer using a Standard TCP/IP Port

Printer Properties, Security

Delete the Everyone group. Leave Machine\administrators and Machine\Power
Users

log in as the user

Open the printers folder, it's "gone"!! Well it's actually still there but
it is just not displayed to the user.
