Allowing full file structure access in XP-Pro

I want to allow the rest of my windows peer-to-peer LAN full
access to ALL directories on this XP-Pro SP2 machine. For
instance, I want my Win98SE machine to be able to access the
XP-Pro Program Files directory. Where can I find the
instructions to do this? Simple file sharing is disabled,
and I have given everybody and their brother permissions in
the security tab, but it makes no difference. I am glad XP
cares for my security, as I do also, but I want the choice
to set up things my way. Thanks in advance for the help.

Enable Simple File Sharing. You have to Grant users Sharing permissions to
Full Control. You can access the sharing permissions on the sharing tab with
the name Permissions.
