Allowing access from ACT 6.0

Everytime I send an email from ACT, Outlook pops up the
following message:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"

I need to know how to permanently allow ACT access to
Outlook.

I'm also interested in this, i have a voicemail software that tries to send
an email, used to work until I upgraded to 2003, I've looked in te KB but
cant find a solution

Well I was having the same problem, and I found this
answer from ACT. You're not gonna like it any more than I
did, but basically ACT says you have to click the "Yes"
button every time the dialog box comes up. No fix for the
