I need to formulate a spreadsheet to track allowances and taken. For our
uniform program, the company provide each employee with "5 units" per year.
(Items are broken down into units) Not all are taken at the same time. I need
to be able to track what each person has left at any given time. I will
manually add the quantity taken with each order
