Allow users to upload pcitures/url's

can someone tell how to do the following 2 things. I am
sorry but failry new to FP. I ahve FP2003 on a hosted
site.

1. I want friends/family to upload pictures of their kids
with comemnts (age, picture taken, etc) and then the
picutre could be viewed by visitors.

2. How do i allow users to add a url - then again, be
view by visitors.

I would like for this process to be fairly automated.

I use 3rd party free sites like Shutterfly.com or Photoworks.com. They let you upload and store pics then you can email the link or put it on your site. Take a look, goto www.VillageWalkLiving.com then click on the "On The Walk" page. Click on the top picture to goto the Shutterfly pictures. There are other links lower on the page. Visitors can also "save picture as" for the ones I put on the site. The pics at the uploaded site are better resolution, however. I reduced the ones you see on the page for space.
