Allow "Show In Groups" to be set globally

Is there any way to globally set "Show in Groups" (under View:Arrange by:Show
in Groups) on or off for ALL folders? It is a real pain to have to go to
each individual folder to turn this option off for that folder (especially
when I have several hundred folders, and add approximately 10 folders per
week).

I am using Outlook 2003. There is not an option to globally set the "Show
in Groups" option so that it applies to all folders in the folder list.
Currently, you have to go to each individual folder and turn this option
either on or off.

Is there a way to turn this option off completely? I do not like using this
option, and would rather completely turn it off.
