Allow me to NOT have a default mail account.

I have many accounts through which I need to send mail and every so often I
forget to change the sending account to what I should be using. I wish I
could remove the setting that specifies a default email account so that I
will always be forced to select which account I want to use for sending. Is
is more work, but a lot better than sending my emails with the wrong retunr
address.

you could set up a new pop3 account, but with false
settings. ie. user name=a password=a popserver = a smtp
server=a etc then set this as the default account. If you
try and send an email now without specifying the account,
it will use this new one by default which will fail as
all the server and user details are invalid.
