Allow Addition to SubForm Not Main Form

D

DS

Is there any way to allow record changes to a Subform but stop any
deletions or additions on the main Form. When I click on the properties
on the Main form and set No Additions, deletions or Edits on the Main
form...it prevents me from adding a record to the Subform. Is there a
workaround for this?

Thanks

You should change the Edits property back to true, that the reason what you
cant edit the sub form, instead lock all the fields in the main form

Hay DS, you should mark answer that helped you as helpful post, so other
people with the same question can use it instead of posting it again

Don't worry about it, DS.

Ofer's referring to a "feature" that Microsoft's built into their web
interface to these newsgroups.

Since you appear to be using a newsreader (the Mozilla one, if I'm not
mistaken), I don't believe you have the ability to interact with that
capability.
