All Users\Shared Documents

When I try to access my "shared documents" folder, I get an "access denied"
error message. Any ideas on how to restore the folder access? All the
other folders within "C:\documents and settings\all users" open just fine.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi John,\

Perhaps you already tried, but because you didnt mention it: have you
checked the settings of the share and security options? (right click the
folder and choose "sharing and security").

Thanks PSg,

Well I feel dumb. OK, I checked and the "groups and users" section, and it
was blank. So I added two user names and it seems to be working again. Is
there a code for "all users" or do I need to add each users of the PC?
