All right delete these folders?

using XP Pro SP1,

In my"c:\windows" directory there are quite a few folders named something
similar to:

" C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB821253$ "

Question: Is it OK to get rid of these folders?

They're there to uninstall the Windows patches, if you don't have any
problems that would require uninstalling the patches, you can delete
them safely.
