When I click on All Programs nothing happens, as opposed to a list of programs.

When I click on All Programs nothing happens, as opposed to a list of
programs.

Right click on the start button itself, select properties, click customize,
scroll down and untick "use personalized favorites." Do you see the programs
now?

Problem.
I am using Outlook Express and it seems my email has been sent. However I do
not get a response from personal emails only official.
