All Programs screen

My "All Programs" screen ("Start", then "All Programs")is
full and I can't see my latest program additions. How do
I get the screen to scroll?
 
Right click on Start, select properties, under the Start menu tab click
Customize, under the Advanced tab scroll down near the bottom and select
scroll programs.
