where do i go to edit my list of programs and folders, so
that i can re-organized the - move programs to folders /
add folders / move folders to other folders, etc.

Hi Larry,
Right click the start button and click on explore. Alternatively you can
navigate to these location to customize the 'all programs' :

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Start Menu\Programs

That still doesn't show anywhere how to modify the ALL
PROGRAMS folder as you were able to do in previous
versions of windows. I am trying to condense folders into
similar topics . It appears that everytime I were to
install a program I will continually add to the all
programs folder and shortly will have a 5 page all
programs menu. I have been able to condense similar
programs into folders and have maybe 5 or 6 folders on my
programs menu. instead of the 50 folders and programs that
are there now. Please help. Thanks
