All Programs Menu problem

Hi, when I go to Start Menu > All Programs and right click on one of the
program group folders and choose "Open" or "Explore" the folder fails to
open in Windows Explorer, but clicking on a program shortcut opens as
normal.

But right clicking on the start button on the task bar and choosing "Open"
works as normal (opens the C:\Documents and Settings\User\Start
Menu\Programs Folder).

Hi Jon,

Check your settings here:

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. Scroll through
the options on the Advanced tab and put the check mark back in Enable
dragging and dropping.
