All outgoing e-mails are going to outbox and sticking there

Have checked with godaddy and all setings are correct. they say it must be a
vista problem. Any thoughts on how to release those mails hung up in the
outbox. Thanks
 
I Can delete. what now should I contue with the fix you sugested? no error
messages. thanks

If you have cleaned out the Outbox, try sending again. What happens?
If sending is not successful, delete the account, restart Windows Mail,
then recreate that account.
