all of a sudden can't send mail

I have my yahoo mail coming in thru window live. it has been working fine but
all of a sudden i am unable to send messages, pictures, music files,
nothing..i have not changed the settings and my ypops in on.. my norton pops
up saying unable to send but it will not let me copy the error message..when
i try to send a message on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen an
envelope pops up with a blue arrow moving up and down.......what can i do to
fix my problem???thank you

Norton, huh? Get rid of it, it is the biggest problem source known for
Windows Mail. Uninstall it, run Norton's debris removal tool to clean up
all the trash the uninstaller leaves behind, then do a custom re-install and
don't install anything related to email scanning. Email scanners are
redundant troublemakers that do nothing but create problems, they do nothing
to enhance security.

ok thank you. i am uninstalling it now. i will install and run the debris
removal tool and let you know how it goes.

i haven't ran the debris tool yet but i tried to send/recieve maill and it
had all else errors

I REALLY NEED HELP FIXING THIS..I DO MY WORK ON HERE. AND CAN'T AFFORD TO

It appears that you are using YPOPs. We can't offer support for third party
solutions. YPOPs is frequently disabled by Yahoo because it violates
their TOS. If you want reliable email, pay Yahoo the $20 per year for
their premium Mail Plus service:
