All my folders including hard drive are picture folders

All my folders including hard drive are picture folders.
how do i change them to document folders. there is a
customize option on mostfolders, however there isn't one
on windows, program files or the hard drive.
 
Tools/Folder Views/Reset all folders or:
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i shell32
