all my cd's have same problem

Each device is not working properly because Windows
cannotload the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

could someone please help.

Right click on My Computer
Select Properties->Hardware->Device Manager
Click IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
Secondary IDE Channel
Device Driver
