all mail&news messages show as attachment

i can't see message bodies neither it's mail nor news. i see only a attach
but it also won't open. my mail virus scan is off.

Try going to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to read all
messages in plain text. (or check it if it was unchecked) and see what that
does.
