all mail has been deleted

As of 10-27-09 aqll my Email has been deleted, all my saved messages are
gone, all my sent messages ARE gone, and I have no idea why.
even my deleted messages are gone, not that I wanted them but they usually
hang around for awhile before going., I ev en got a new message aboput
switching over to windows mail from outlook, which I did about some year ago
or so.
passwords, websites, even contacts, all gone...... please help!
