all LINKS lead to a # sign

ok whats going on. no matter the website, but usually
google or yahoo. when ever you click on a link it just
adds a # sign to the current URL and nothing happens.
Example www.google.com if you click on the image search
option I get www.google.com/# and the browser stays on
google.com. Also if you enter a search querry, the results
are all about shopping and links to search more webpages
with the same querry no actual content about the querry is
given. What is this?

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam.
