All icons missing

All my icons,,toolbar and start are missing on my desktop. I right click the
mouse and nothing come up.Only the wallpaper come up.
They only come up on administtrator mode.

Open task manager (either with ctrl + alt + del or ctrl + shift + esc)
kill explorer, and run explorer again and see what happens.
