Please provide more info. Version of Outlook? Exact symptoms?
Have you asked your Exchange Administrator for help, if you have one?

Thank you for your quick reply. I am the administrator. I am running
Exchange 2003 standard edition, and outlook 2003. What happened was I
applied a deny setting to the GAL as instructed by a KB article in order to
hide it and create seperate OU address books. I a have tried to run dsacls
but am getting the following error, More data is available The command
failed to complete successfully. I am not sure if my syntax is wrong or how
to view the "more data is available". Here is a copy of the command line:

C:\Program Files\Support Tools>dsacls "\\biznet.corp.tconet.com\CN=Default
Globa
l Address List,CN=All Global Address Lists,CN=Address Lists
Container,CN=corp,CN
=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=corp.tconet.com" /S
More data is available.

The command failed to complete successfully.
thanks
Jeff D.

I'd post this in m.p.exchange.admin for help. It isn't an Outlook issue per
se...
