All folders in read only mode??? why???

Hi

All my folders are in read only mode. The attribute is marked with a square and not the usual checkmark
How to get rid of it ??? I cant change the attribute. It always comes back. The folders are working fine except for local network. Others dont have access, cant copy into my folders for example but can copy from them.

By design, Windows Explorer reports all folders as read-only, though
this is not the case. You can use a command prompt (Start > Run > cmd)
and learn the attributes of any folder using the attrib command.
Type attrib /?
in the command prompt window for more information.
