all emails received twice

All emails no matter from whom or where come in duplicated, that is in pairs.
Easy to erase because same date and hour but tedious
 
Can be caused by intergrated anti virus software, if you have such uninstall
the AV, reboot, retest
If OK reinstall the AV without the Outlook intergration
