all email goes to junk folder??

I have windowshome and office & ms outlook 2003.

I set up a few rules for junk mai and friends inboxs.
First, I was getting no email for a few days, so I
deleted the rules all together.

Now all my email I receive is going into the junk email folder.

this is really weird, I don't know what happen.

How do I fix this so that email from people in my contacts goes to the
inbox and everything else goes to the junk email folder for review??

You make 2 rules. One that says delete all messages. Then a second rule that
says "when the from line contains" (You put all your contacts in there) and
set it to stop processing more rules.
