All E-mails Duplicated

Starting yesterday, all my e-mails, both actually meant
for us and spam, have been coming in duplicated, EXCEPT
for listing confirmations from eBay. Called our ISP and,
testing with Outlook Express (which didn't duplicate),
they determined that Outlook is corrupted.

I have four e-mail accounts configured, two with that ISP
and two with others, and the duplication applies to all
four accounts. Yesterday I got over 1,000 e-mails,
representing only 500 actual e-mails.

Any suggestions? This is driving me NUTS!!

What version of Outlook do you have? If Outlook 2002, does
